The activities were held by Daniel Martins and Cristina Leite, representatives of the Creative Lemons film company and creators of the 360° films.

Activity description:

In the workshops and lectures, the Creative Lemons looked at the tools and methods available to create high quality 360° videos. They discussed the technical aspects of production, video and audio recording and the different approaches each type of production can take. They also went through every important detail for the post-production, presenting real-life examples and technical details behind every shot.

Topics approached: introduction to VR and 360° video; how to capture 360° videos; what to have in mind when recording a film in 360°; 360° promotional vs. film; how to force the “view”; 360° audio; organisation and workflow; editing in the timeline; sound editing; VFX Magic; delivery.

Software used: Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Audition.
