Conferences

On the 24^th of November 2018, Marina Hanganu presented the Tele-Encounters project during the Arts and Technology Inter-university Conference at CINETic (UNATC I.L.Caragiale) to MA and Ph.D. students and university tutors from different cities in Romania.

On the 17^th of March 2019, Ion Mircioagă (co-director and co-playwright of “The Planet of Lost Dreams” telematic performance) and actress Andreea Darie held a two-hour conference called The Planet of Lost Dreams – Notes on Working with Actors at The National University of Arts George Enescu (UNAGE) in Iași. The audience consisted of theatre students and tutors from UNAGE. The full conference is available to watch online here:

On the 3^rd of April 2019, Javier Galindo and Ruxandra Oancea held a lecture on the telematic performance work process at UCAM to students from Stage Management and Sound and Dance courses at UCAM.

On the 11^th of April 2019, Marina Hanganu and Andreea Darie held a lecture on The Planet of Lost Dreams telematic performance at UTAD Portugal to acting students and tutors.

Workshops

The two telematic theatre workshops were held in English and brought together (online) students from Romania and Spain (first workshop) and Romania and Portugal (second workshop). The activity focused on acting in a telematic environment in two remote performance spaces connected via the Internet in a technical setup identical to the one used during performances. The participants got the chance to explore the main theatrical conventions of The Planet of Lost Dreams by working on a dialogue scene (The Christmas Scene), on a pair of interlocked soliloquies and by playing with the Kinect-controlled avatars in an improvisational way.
